You have to see my brother’s collection of Pokemon paraphernalia to believe what a rage this anime show is among the kids. Everything that hits the market and has something which even remotely looks like a Pokemon, my jackass brother has to buy it. Is it any wonder that producers have come out with eleven hit movies based on the show and now set to add another movie to their list of hits?

I am not joking guys! The eleventh Pokemon movie is ready to send the fans in frenzy. The creators started off the fever with the screening of its subtitled trailer at Locarno International Film Festival in Switzerland. The English title of this latest Pokemon flick is going to be Arceus and the Jewel of Life.

The movie featuring some of our favorite Pokemons including Dialga, Palkia and Giratina, the Dragon-type of legendry Pokemons, will also feature Heatran and a special Pichu. The most prominent Pokemon, Arceus will also play a vital role in the movie.

Let me reveal a little about the upcoming movie but I must warn you that it will only whet your appetite for more. Set in Michīna, Arceus and the Jewel of Life revolve around the Alpha Pokemon Arceus. He allows Damos to use an item called Jewel of Life. But, his faith is countered with betrayal and when he comes to get his jewel back, he is attacked. Damos collect an army of Pokemons and assail Arceus who grow weaker before falling into deep sleep, vowing to review everything after waking up from the slumber. After….

Well, well, well you can’t blame me guys. I did warn you that the teasers would only make you want more. If you think that this sneak peak has only made your wait for the new Pokemon movie more difficult, then rest assured that you are not alone. Since no release date for the movie has been made public, we are surely in for a long and brutal wait.

Hey people! So Pokemon is all set to start with another brand new season. The series, that has become a cult in itself, is currently airing Season 11, and even though the current season still has some episodes left to be aired, the next season is all set to take the audience on yet another adventurous rollercoaster ride. I know you all are excited about what the newest season of Pokemon will hold in store for us. But for that we will have to wait for some time more. But as per my cousin who is currently in Japan, and where the season has already started airing, the new season is full of mystery, fun adventure, action and excitement. Also this being the final season of the Sinnoh Era, we do expect a highly volatile climax, in keeping with the traditional climaxes of the previous eras across various seasons. How I wish I could be transported to Japan every week just for watching the latest episodes of Pokemon. But, since that is something which is quite beyond my reach I will do the next best thing, I will watch the remaining episodes of Season 11 and will eagerly wait for 13^th June, when my favorite show, Pokemon, will start off with the next season.

To tell you frankly, I first saw Pokemon tv show only in the early 2000’s, when my cousin recommended the show to me. The show not only entertains through the small screen but also through the huge variety of merchandise available in the market.  I even have a whole collection of toys, trading cards and the other stuff. Until recently, I was certain that having a collection of over a thousand Pokemon toys, I was the biggest collector of the same, but then I learnt that some lady has collected 8000 Pokemon toys. Now that is really cool guys, isn’t it? As for me I have been in love with Pokemon since the day I saw it. I just had to watch one episode and then I was completely hooked. And now everybody in my family knows that nothing can intervene with my date with Pikachu and his gang, every Saturday morning!

Pokemon is one cartoon character we all have heard about and probably almost all of us have seen and liked the series. Most likely, all of us have also played its games too. Well, here is good news for all Pokemon lovers. As the series is running into its season 11 and is doing pretty good, the people connected to the series decided to take out a new version of the Pokemon game.

This time they are out with the brand-new Pokemon Trading Card Game (TCG) which is an expansion of Diamond & Pearl-Stormfront. This new game will hit the stands on November 5, 2008, nationwide. This latest installment of the famous Pokemon TCG will have more than hundred cards. These cards will include all the latest Pokemon characters like the Gripper Pokemon Dusknoir and Superpower Pokemon Machamp. A number of new features are added to this game, in order to attract its fans. This new version will have features like:
♦New Pokemon LV.X cards, with powerful characters like Dusknoir and Machamp
♦Two new themes are added to the game, which are built around the popular, Gyarados and Tyranitar, characters of the series
♦New strategies such as Trainer cards, are introduced, that can be played in pairs.
♦To attract the fans, theme decks and parallel set cards are introduce with an innovative look and holographs have been added to the game.

All the Pokemon game lovers! brace yourself and wait for the fifth of November, when this brand new game will be out in the market. Be the first one to buy the game and enjoy it with your friends. Let’s see if this one, too, like the previous one, will be able to unleash the world of trading card games. Here’s wishing them all the best.

Hi! Pokemon freaks

So, I am back after a great weekend. Weekend was great and the credit goes to Pokemon episode, ‘Bibarel Gnaws Best‘ which has forced me to a write a post on as it was another good episode from series. Actually, Pokemon is one of the best animated series and is one of my favorite animated series.

Wanna tell you that I am a fan of series right from its premiere and never skip any single episode and never will. And I like to write reviews on Pokemon episode and this is the next one.

Okay, in ‘Bibarel Gnaws Best‘, Ash Ketchum and his friends arrive at an incomplete bridge. Isis, the builder as well as an engineer is also the Mayor of a near by town, meets them there.

Now, the trouble is that bridge needs to be completed in next three days but Bibarel, the Pokemon that cuts the stone is not in working condition. Brock decides to help Isis. But it’s impossible to get the size of the brick when Bibarel is not working. Isis, the engineer then returns to the site and decides to use force to make Bibarel work.

Ash and his friends are on their way to Veilstone city and they all decide to have a picnic. Chimchar observes a very happy environment and also seems confused with the way Paul is treating him as he never treated him this way.

On their way to Veilstone city, the whole group arrives in a town and once again meets Gardenia, the Eterna Gym leader.

Team Rocket is also in the same town. Ash and friends are challenged by Gardenia for a fight between her and James. Gardenia then tells James that he is not using Cacnea to its full potential, and offers to take Cacnea and train it.
