Career- he is also sometimes credited as Billy Beach. He is an American Vocalist as well as a Voice actor. He is part of Carter Catchcart band since 1981. His first ever voice over work was with ABC Weekend special for O.G.Readmore. He has also given his voice for commercials like kit kat candies, Good humor, Coors light etc. Finally he got work with Pokemon series which was not quite popular at that time. He has worked for central park media, Media Blasters, DuArt film and Video TAJ Productions. Besides this he has also worked for 4kids Entertainment. He has lent his voice not only for TV series but for anime movies as well.
